Circa 1840 semi detached. Three storeys and basement stucco faced,
flanking vermiculated coursed strips, vermiculation to basement. Low
pitch double gable end slate roofs, shallow eaves cornice and lion heads
studding guttering. Three windows, the centre ones; shared on second
floor, recessed blind on first floor. Second floor: No 25 has recessed sash
window, glazing bars intact; No 27 has flat fronted bow of three lights,
later glazing bars, pilasters carried down into apron, frieze and cornice
over. First floor: flat fronted bows to both houses, three lights pilaster,
carried down into panelled aprons, later glazing bars, frieze and cornice
breaking slightly forward to front. Ground floor: recessed tripartite sash
windows, glazing bars intact with panelled pilasters, sloping sills. Base-
ment windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact vermiculated flat arches.
Joint entrance flanked by vermiculated coursed strips, frieze and cornice
over. Flight of steps divided by railing leads up to the paired door
which are set back, of four panels two glazed to No 25 and modern. No 27,
rectangular fanlights, moulded cases.

Nos 25 and 27 with Nos 45 and 47 form a group.
