Detached farmhouse. Dated 1801. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base
courses between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Plinth, eaves course; mullion
windows with bedded and architraved surrounds; 4-light bays 1 and 3; to upper bay 2 a semi-circular arched window with
mullioned and transome to match; small C20 window upper bay 4: to lower bay 2 a boarded door in architrave under
moulded flat stone hood; lean-to against lower bay 4. Attached to the north east corner a 2-storey building in coursed
rubble, ashlar quoins, Welsh slate replacing thatch between high gable copings; doors at ground and first floor level,
the latter approached by a stone staircase; a timber lean-to in angle thus formed with house. South elevation similar,
but in ashlar, 3 bays only, with open pediment hood on console brackets to central doorway, with inscribed on lintol:
"J.C. 1801". Interior not seen. On south west corner, extending southwards, a garden screen wall with gateway by house,
3 metres high, having gate piers with single top with side fluting.
