St Mary SG 2

Uploader's Comments

Medieval stained glass fragments are incorporated into this window. The Latin in the left hand panel mentions Rev. Thomas Frewen, Rev. William Colles and the architect George Gilbert Scott (restored the church). Centre panel commemorates Charles Wyndham, wounded at Waterloo, Keeper of the Crown Jewels in the Tower of London. Right hand panel thanks everyone for the money and means to restore the church.
