Terrace house. c.1729 with later heightening and alterations. Painted
brick, concealed roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. Mid C.20 shop in
ground floor. 1st floor has slightly recessed sashes, no glazing bars, in
exposed box frames under flat gauged arches. 2nd floor sashes recessed
under segmental gauged arches. Sill band to 1st floor; parapet with
coping. Interior retains dog leg staircase with turned balusters and
panelling to 2nd floor rooms, etc. Part of the Pulteney Estate late
C17/early C18 development.
