A C18 timber-framed and plastered house. Renovated and altered in the C20. The house is built on an L shaped plan. Two storeys. Three window range on the front, C20 metal casements. A wing extends at the rear. Roof tiled. Included for group value.

Old White Horse, 1 and 2 White Horse Cottages, St Michaels Cottages, Vale House. The Folly, Tyle Barn, Rose Cottage, Butlers, House and Mount Stores, with Old Post House, Parsonage Cottage and House of Retreat form a group.
