Probably former home farmhouse on Estcourt Park estate, renamed
Estcourt House after demolition of the C18 Estcourt House.
Probably mid C19, enlarged later C19. Random coursed stone on
chamfered plinth with flush quoins, tile roof in fishscale pattern
with coped verges, stone end and ridge stacks. Range to south
with 2 parallel rear ranges, and probably later rear wing to north
east, all of 2 storeys, with 2 single-storey ranges parallel to
south range in north west corner. Scattered fenestration, mostly
plain chamfered window openings with 2-light long wooden casements
and central wood mullion. Rear wing has small gable to east,
bellcote to north gable end with lead domed roof, raking porch in
angle with earlier range with open segmental pointed chamfered
