Sculptured drinking fountain. Monogrammed "V.R. 1863", designed by C. H.
Mabey, the base by R. Jackson and erected by the Office of Works. Marble
figure of boy above granite base decorated with carved marble panels
incorporating scallop shell water bowls which were added by Jackson in 1865.
