Terraced house. c.1753, altered. Stucco faced, concealed roof. 4
storeys. 2 windows wide. Ground floor with mid C.20 frontage, and covered
way to right. Upper floors have square headed recessed sashes in plain
architraves, glazing bars intact to 2nd and 3rd floors. Plat bands and
sill bands to 1st and 3rd floors and plat band below parapet with coping.
Interior retains cut string staircase, panelling and cornices etc. House
adjoining site of Thomas Chippendale's workshops (G.L.C. plaque on jamb of
No. 61).
