Rectangular slate with round-faced winged angel, to: William Simon Senior son of William Simon by Barbra his wife d. 8 May 1713 aged 50 years. Poem: -Reader stand still and shed a tear/ Upon the dust that sleepeth here/ And whilst thou readst the slate of me/ Think of the glass that runs for thee-. (Photo Oct 2012).
