Cottage. Circa mid C19. Dressed granite. Scantle slate roof with gabled ends, and
black glazed ridge tiles. Red brick stack at left-hand gable end.
Plan: 2-room plan, the larger left-hand room is heated from a gable end stack. The
right-hand room say have been unheated originally. Central entrance and probably
small unheated rooms at the back.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 2 window front. Late C19 or C20 4-pane
sashes and a late C19 glazed and panelled door. Large granite lintels and continuous
granite band over the ground floor openings.
Interior not inspected.
