Pair of houses. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. 3 storeys, basement and attic. Each
4 bays. Central projecting pilastered porches with jamb lights and overlights,
flanked to outer bays by sashes, and inner bays by tripartite sashes. Iron 1st
floor balcony. Casements with alternate segmental and triangular pediments. 2nd
floor sill band. Sashes with glazing bars. Modillion cornice. Attic windows
concealed by balustrades. Iron basement railings.
