Part of rear outshoot of No.81 but not rebuilt with the
frontage. C16, substantially altered 1980s through conversion
to office suites. Timber-framed, colourwashed brick (red brick
on gable end) on ground floor, plastered above, old tiled
roofs. 2 storeys. 2 modern half glazed doors beneath modern
gabled heads carried on timber brackets, 2 modern casement
windows on ground floor. Irregular fenestration above with
modern glazing of C16 caveletto mullioned 3 light window at
top left, long 3 light timber window at upper right. 4 bay
plan, with braced tie-beams and exposed studs visible
internally, braced side purlin roof. Range originally part of
The Checker Inn, with the frontage of No.81 (qv).
