House, formerly 2 properties, belonging to Southill Estate. W part: C18.
Colourwashed roughcast over timber frame. Clay tile roof, half hipped to W.
2-room plan, one storey and attics. Ground floor has one 2-light casement
with glazing bars, C18 canted bay with sashes with glazing bars, and part
glazed door. One box dormer to attic, with 2-light casement with glazing
bars. Brick integral stack to W end. E part: plaque to gable end shows "W H
W 1856". Chequered brick, fishscale tile roof. 2-room plan, 2 storeys. One
ground floor window under cambered head, 2 first floor ones, all 2-light
casements with glazing bars. Fielded panel door in simple surround. One
brick ridge stack, one brick integral stack to W gable end.
