1/244 Kingshill Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early/mid C18. Brick on stone plinth, concrete tile
roof, brick end stack to left. Single front range and rear
extension to left forming L shape, with smaller infill wing in
angle. 2 storeys. 5 windows, 2-light casements with splayed brick
voussoirs, single-brick string course above 4 similar on ground
floor. Central doorcase with moulded frame, 6-panel door with
vertical battens, top 3 panels glazed, flat wooden hood on scrolled
brackets and additionally supported by chamfered front struts on
small brick piers.
