Farmhouse with former cottage attached. C18. Local stone rubble with Cary stone quoins to house; Welsh slate roof to
house and plain clay tiles to cottage, both with simple gables; brick chimney stacks to each gable. 2 storeys, house of
1+3 bays and cottage 2 bays, of which the 3 main bays to house are taller. Bay 1 has 2 single-light small pane
casements; bays 2, 3 and 4 have 16-pane sash windows under slightly segmental arched heads of voussoired brick with
keystones, with 6-panel door, part glazed and up 3 steps, to lower bay 3, set in slight recess having elliptical
keystoned arch; bays 5 and 6 have small 2-light leaded casement windows, the lower pair under exposed timber lintols.
