Circa 1840. Semi-detached. Two storeys stucco faced, flanking pilaster
strips and small plinth. Low pitch hipped slate, moulded eaves cornice,
frieze. One window each. First floor flat fronted bows of three lights,
sash, glazing bars, pilasters carried down into panelled apron with plinth,
frieze and cornice breaking forward slightly to centre. Ground floor
windows recessed, sash, glazing bars intact in No 32, block sills. Two
storey entrance bays of one window, set back to sides. Flat roofs with
parapet and coping. Small, recessed sash windows, glazing bars intact,
block sills. Recessed doors of four panels, two glazed, semi-circular
fanlights.

Nos 30 to 35 (consec) form a group.
