Circa 1840/50. Semi-detached slightly Gothicised. Two storeys stucco faced,
plinth. Gable and slate roof. Centre of ridge, grey brick stack with diamond
cut cornice. Thin eaves cornice. Projecting gabled bays of one window to
each house, with heavy cornice over ground floor giving corbelled effect
to the first floor. Blind window to recessed centre. Recessed two light
casements with thin mullion and transom, glazing bars, block sills. Ground
floor and centre blind windows have drip moulds. Entrances to sides:
recessed door panelled and glazed.
Nos 30 to 35 (consec) form a group.
