Circa 1840/50, villa similar to No 44 but faced with stone cut in imitation
of bricks. Frieze below eaves. Two dormers. The South entrance front
has flat cornices to all windows, the North front pediments with first
floor balcony to East.

No 44 and Nos 50 to 54 (even) with Nos 58 and 60 form a group.
