Detached house of about 1830. Two storeys and basement. Three windows.
Stuccoed. Eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Panelled pilasters
flanking the front, broken in half by the tent-shaped canopy of the
verandah on the ground floor, supported on trellised iron columns.
Glazing bars intact. On the North front owing to the slope of the
ground, there is an extra storey, which is a basement on the South
front. An iron balcony has been added on the top floor on that side.

No 44 and Nos 50 to 54 (even) with Nos 58 and 60 form a group.
