Circa 1840/50. Threetoreys faced in stone cut in imitation of bricks.
Flanking incised patterned pilasters, frieze, plinth. Low pitch hipped
slate roof with wide eaves. In the centre of the ridge a square wood frame
belvedere with round headed lights and hipped roof. Three windows,
recessed, sash, no glazing bars, plain rendered surrounds, consoles to
sills of second floor windows. Doric pilastered porch has been glazed
and altered.

No 44 and Nos 50 to 54 (even) with Nos 58 and 60 form a group.
