House. Earlier, perhaps C17, build with applied early C18 facade. Flemish bond brick mixed red and smut pantiled roof. 3 storeys, 5 bays. Ground floor has 4 outer sashes with glazing bars, 2 inner thinner sashes with glazing bars flanking the door. 5 first and 4 second floor sashes with glazing bars, the thinner windows blocked up. All sashes wooden framed, slightly recessed, under flat rubbed brick arches. First floor has earlier sashes with thick glazing bars. Fine wooden porch with fluted Tuscan Doric columns in antis and answering fluted pilasters, entablature with guttae and triglyph frieze. Triangular pediment with guttae, leaded roof. First floor brick platband with moulded upper and lower strings, later moulded gault brick coping to attic parapet. 2 end and one off centre stacks. Roof recessed behind second floor parapet.
Market House Cottage is attached at rear.
