House, formerly a service wing to Burnham House, now in separate occupation. C18. Gault brick facade on earlier build, smut pantiled roof. 2 ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars. Coped parapet eaves, steeply pitched roof with one axial stack. At east a carriage arch, brick with flint spandrels. Bracket lamp over.
