Early C19. 3 storey cottages, plaster fronts, brick sides, sash windows. Fascia
with brackets to doorways at 1st floor level. Part of old cob building strutted
up at back. Slate roof.

Nos 28 to 39 (consec) Lower North Street also form a group with No 2 St Davids Hill.
