Probably C17 in origin but largely C19 in appearance. Cob, brick and stone, roughcast
with slate roof. Two storeys, three windows. 2 storey gabled porch with circular
wood piers leads to open passage with doorways to Nos 30 and 33. Mostly new wood
casements. No 31 is low 2 storey 3 window cottage behind with trellis porch.
All the listed buildings of Lower North Street form a group.
Nos 28 to 39 (consec) Lower North Street also form a group with No 2 St Davids Hill.
