Circa 1700 cottage on a T-plan with Victorian features to frontage.
Timber-frame, plastered, roof ridged and gabled with eaves, clad in concrete pantiles; vergeboards each end with finials. Central red brick chimney stack, and 2 gabled dormers with vergeboards, and pairs of leaded casements. Ground storey with central gabled porch and 3 light leaded casements either side. South end has small paned casements in the gable, and a pair of round headed casements on ground storey.
