House and shop. Circa early C19. Slate stone rubble. Rag slate roof with gable
ends and brick end stacks.
Plan; double depth plan. Left hand range comprises house with through passage on
right, large room heated by end stack on front left, stair to rear at side of passage
and small service room to rear left. Right hand range comprises C19 shop with lean-
to outshot to rear. To rear of left hand range, slaughter house for butchers shop
now converted to domestic accommodation.
Two storeys. Regular 3-window front. Ground floor with circa late C19 bay window on
left, part glazed circa C19 door near centre and circa C19 shop window to right.
First floor with three C19 2-light sliding sashes. Rear elevation with C19 2-light
horizontally sliding sashes.
Forms part of group on east side of Fore Street, Boscastle.
