Corner terraced town house, rebuilt as offices. 1960 facsimile rebuild of
Robert and James Adam 1st rate speculative house completing the uniform
row Nos. 5 to 13 (odd) q.v. Stock brick, stucco ground floor; slate roof
concealed. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide Venetian composition
doorway with Ionic columned side lights and double inscribed fanlight etc,
as matching pair to that of No. 130 Recessed glazing bar sashes. Bands
and cornices carried over from Nos. 5 to 13 (odd) and returned to New
Cavendish Street. Urn finialed area railings.
