Cottage, mid-C19.

MATERIALS: roughly coursed rubble with a stone slate roof.

EXTERIOR: of two storeys and two unequal bays, that to the right (west) being significantly wider. The four-panelled front door has a rectangular overlight and is set to the right of a small square four-pane window, both being in the narrower eastern bay, the openings having cambered stone arches. Above the window, to the first floor, there is a larger eight-over-eight sash window with a monolithic lintel. The wider western bay has matching windows to both floors, these being of three lights divided by timber mullions, with eight-over-eight hornless sashes flanked by narrow two-over-two side lights. The west gable has a brick ridge stack.

Nos 12 to 16 (even) form a group.
