One headstone and one table tomb. C18. Sandstone ashlar.
1. Slab about one metre high; to Jonathan Ewer Brownlees, died 1782. Enriched
moulding around edge carries up into top scrolls flanking palmette; central
recessed oval panel, framed in bud and bead moulding, with inscription in high-
quality lettering of varied types.
2. Table on 5 shaped square pedestals, the central misplaced to one end, with
moulded-edged top, inscription to members of the Surtees family of Coltpark and
Bigges, died 1757-1817.
