Barn, formerly for threshing. Early C19. Flint with fine brick dressings and pantile roof 5 bays.
Central double doors. To either side ventilation panels, now blocked, with gauged brick
relieving arches, the upper panels semi-circular. Brick quoins and dentilled and moulded eaves.
Similar unaltered panels on left end with circular panel in gable. Panels on right end partly
blocked, the circular panel now with door frame. Full-length lean-to to rear and lean-to on
right end. INTERIOR. Roof of pegged trusses, some supported on posts and braces rising from
wooden corbels. 2 tiers of purlins. Floor inserted later, but some of framing at sides of threshing
floor remains.
