- Chapels Farmhouse

GV II

Barn, probably early C18. Random rubble with quoins, stone slate roof.
Four-bay L-shaped plan, the 3rd and 4th bays projecting and the roof carried
down over them covering wagon entrance to 3rd bay (opposed segmental-headed
wagon doorway in plain rear wall); later lean-to addition to front of 1st
and 2nd bays (ruinous). Right return wall has owl hole with perching stone
in apex of gable.
