Late C18/early Cl9. 3 storeys red brick on rendered plinth. Steep pitch half
hipped old tile roof. 5 windows to upper floors, 1 blind with vitreous brick
headers, flush framed sashes, glazing bars renewed, single header cambered
arches, on lst floor. 4 similar windows, altered, on ground floor. Doorway
to left with flanking pilasters, frieze but cornice removed. Another plain
door with flat hood. Entrance to right has door of 4 flush panels, rectangular
fanlight, cambered arch over.

Nos 45 & 47 form a group.
