A Grade II* Listed Building in Thrumpton, Nottinghamshire

C19 churchyard wall and gate, Church of All Saints, Thrumpton

The diagonally scraped surface of the large stone blocks is rustication - a finish used to make the work look older, from a country workshop. Probably from GE Streets extensive restoration of 1871. (Photo Oct 2014).
