Rear elevation numbered 12 & 14 Butcher Row. Mid Cl8 modernised. 3 storeys
stucco faced. Full width pediment to front with moulded wood cornice.
2 Palladian windows flanking central arched window to 2nd floor, glazing
bars intact. Formerly 5 windows to lst floor replaced by 2 4 light casements
flanking central single casement. Ground floor altered and part projecting
with dentil wood cornice carried across front. C18 6 panel door with 4 pane
fanlight in frieze and moulded pediment on scroll brackets flanking frieze
to right hand. There was formerly a similar door. A modern cafe front
projects to left and casements have been inserted to centre.

Nos 15 to 19 (consec) form a group.
