Circa 1840. 2 storeys painted brick. Hipped slate roof. 2 sashes on main
elevation set in cambered arched recesses. Stringcourse. The ground floor
has 3 light sashes. The side elevation has 3 window spaces - 1 cambered arched
recess on file side. Doorcase has a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars.
