Circa 1840, formerly a pair. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Fairly low pitched, slated
roof with wood eaves soffit. Fancy tile hung 1st floor. Incised stucco ground
floor. Later Cl9 pent hood on brackets all along ground floor. Square bay
shop window at left, canted bay at right. 2 glazed doors between. Other windows
sashes with margin lights. Included for group value.
Nos 44 to 48 (even) form a group.
