II
Villa, c1830-40, ashlar with low-pitched slate deep-eaved roof and
ashlar stacks on side ridges. Two storeys, 3-window range, square
plan. Moulded brackets to eaves soffit. Front has raised
plinth, moulded string course and 3 first floor 12-pane sashes with
sunk panels beneath. Ground floor 12-pane sash each side of
ashlar enclosed porch with angle pilasters and entablature. Four-
panel door. Three-window side elevations, mostly blank openings.
Red brick rear addition.
