GV II

Villa, early C19, red brick with hipped slate roof, stacks on side
ridges. Two-storeys, square plan with 3-window front of 16-pane
sashes and centre 6-panel door with fanlight recessed in round-
arched surround. Iron trellis tent-roofed porch. East side
added ashlar canted bay.
One of a group with Newton House and The Villa (q.v.).
