Farmhouse and adjoining stables. Early and mid C19. Brick and
coursed rubble, with Roman and pantile gabled and hipped roofs.
Brick plinth, cogged and rebated eaves, coped gables. 3 gable
and single ridge stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays wide. Windows are
mainly Yorkshire sashes, those to ground floor with segmental
rubbed brick heads. South front has central door with blocked
overlight. To left, a sash, and beyond a blank opening. To
right, C20 casement in original opening. Above, 3 sashes, the
central one smaller. To their left, blank opening. Rear has C20
casement and above, to left, a sash. Rear wing has to east, door
with segmental head and large sash. Above, to left, C20
casement. North gable has, above, a sash. Stable range has to
east, to left, 2 stable doors with elliptical heads. North
stable range has to left, doorway and to right, 2 stable doors,
all with elliptical heads. East gable has carriage opening.
Interior has mid C19 dogleg stair with square newels and stick
balusters. Several plank doors. Timer cased lead water pump in
scullery.
