C.V. II

House. Mid C18. Extended by 2 bays early C19. Brick and
coursed rubble. Pantile roofs, some C20. Brick and rubble
plinths. Brick quoins and dressings. Cogged and dentillated
eaves, coped gables. 2 gaule and single ridge stacks. 2
storeys, 6 unequal bays. Windows are late C20 casements and
Yorkshire sashes. Most openings have segmental heads. Street
front has off-centre casement flanked to left by single and to
right by 2 sashes, various sizes. North west gable has small
barred opening. Garden front has to left, close boarded door
flanked to left by a sash and to right by a casement. Beyond, to
right, door flanked by single casements. Below, to right, cellar
opening. Included for group value only.
