Probably C16. Built on to back of Grosvenor House, Vicarage Hill. 2 storeys,
4 windows in all. High pitched tiled roof, rebuilt chimney. Tile hung 1st
floor, brick ground floor concealing timber framing. Modern doors and windows.

Grosvenor House Cottages, Nos 1 & 2 (Dale Cottges) form a group with
Grosvenor House and Nos 1 & 2 (Lockyer Place) Vicarage Hill.
