Early C19 lodge cottage. 1 storey, 2 windows. Moderately low pitched, slated
roof has projecting eaves with pierced bargeboards. Centre brick chimney with
arrises, cornice and parapet, Walls stuccoed with incised lines. 5-light canted
bay windows with cusped heads to small lights above transom. Canted door hood
has cusped arched and rests on headstops. Door of 4 long panels, each with
cusped head. Similar tracery to block fanlight. Garage extension at left.

Stakes Lodge shall be amended to read Westerham Lodge.
