3 terraced houses. c1840-50. Yellow stock brick with
channelled stucco ground floors with 1st floor band, modillion
cornice and blocking course. Square-headed entrances with
panelled doors and overlights. Recessed sashes; upper floors
architraved, 1st floor having pediments and 3 enriched
cast-iron balconies to right. INTERIORS: not inspected. Part
of the fine group of early C19 houses forming Calthorpe
Street.
