4 terraced houses being a continuation of the south side of
Argyle Square. c1839-49. Yellow stock brick. Stucco 1st floor
sill bands. 4 storeys and basements. 2 windows each.
Round-arched, architraved ground floor openings. C20
reproduction doorways with pilaster-jambs carrying
cornice-heads; fanlights and panelled doors. Gauged brick flat
arches to recessed sashes; 1st floor architraved, Nos 60 & 62
with cast-iron balconies, Nos 64 & 66 with plain iron window
guards. Parapets. INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings to areas.
