The Thrang is a C16 house, with C17 wings, the barn being now a dwelling.
Low 2 storeys, cemented, very thick walls, 2 windows on each floor (lower
ones new, upper ones 16-paned). Interior of the Thrang has stone floors,
panelling, spice cupboard of 1691, old beams, and a wood-mullioned window.
Interior of The Barn has old beams with painted scroll patterns - the exterior
new except for thick stone walls.
The Thrang, Thrang Barn and Thrang Farmhouse form a group.
