House, now offices. Early C19. Gault brick. Roof of pantiles,
black-glazed to the front. 2 storeys; 4-window range.
Half-glazed door to end bays under plain overlights. The
left-hand (south) door has a portico porch supported on 2
fluted Doric columns and 2 plain pilasters. Metope frieze to
entablature. Between doors are 2 sashes without glazing bars
but with gauged skewback arches. Four 2/2 sashes to first
floor also with gauged skewback arches. Parapet below gabled
roof. Truncated ridge stack right of centre. The rear has a
2-storey canted bay to the south and a 2-storey service wing
to the north.
INTERIOR: stick baluster staircase with cast-iron decorative
balusters to every third tread. Ramped and wreathed handrail.
Moulded cornice to staircase well.
