2 houses, now offices. c1840, refenestrated later C19. Brick
with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof with gable stack.
Wooden modillion eaves. 3 storeys; single window range. Off
centre plain sash, and above, a similar smaller window. Below,
central plain sash. All windows have splayed rusticated
lintels. To right, a plain doorcase with scroll brackets to
flat hood, and panelled door, and to left a blocked doorway.
