2 houses, now offices. c1830, refenestrated mid C19. Brick
with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof with 2 gable
stacks. Wooden gutter and brackets. 3 storeys; 3 window range
of plain sashes, and above, two 9-pane sashes. Below, central
pedimented ashlar doorcase with panelled door, flanked by
single partly reglazed plain sashes. All the windows have
splayed rusticated lintels. INTERIOR not inspected.
