First World War memorial. Circa 1920; by Capt Adrian Jones. Large red sandstone ashlar pedestal standing on stepped base; surmounted by large bronze striding figure of soldier in battle dress. Bronze plaques on pedestal inscribed with names of those killed in the First and Second World Wars.
