GV II

House, now in commercial use. Early C18. Stucco over brick
with hipped plain tiled roof. 2-storeyed, 3-window range with
central double doors with margin lights in Ionic case added in
early C19, approached up steps. Flanking windows are 12-pane
sashes with flat heads, and 2 gabled dormers in roof. Angle
quoins, moulded brick plinth, and wood modillion eaves
cornice. Massive side-wall stack. Side wing forms elevation to
Swan Hill, brick, painted to basement storey. 3-storeyed,
4-window range with 2 doorways and 18-pane sash windows with
flat-arched gauged brick heads. 2 dormers in the roof, one
wide and pedimented. Deep moulded modillion eaves cornice.
Gable end stack.
